見圳客戶端、深圳新聞網2020年3月12日訊（記者 陳彬 通訊員 王嬋）日前，中國國際人才交流大會組委會發(fā)布《關于調整第十八屆中國國際人才交流大會舉辦時間和形式的通知》（以下簡稱“通知”），對原定于2020年4月14-15日在深圳召開的第十八屆中國國際人才交流大會（以下簡稱“大會”）舉辦時間和形式作出相應調整。

《通知》提出，推遲舉辦大會開幕式、深圳論壇及海外人才中國行等活動，具體時間待疫情結束后另行確定。同時，調整大會展洽形式，開設網上虛擬展廳，暫停舉辦現場展洽活動，發(fā)揮大會官網（https://www.ciep.gov.cn/）平臺作用，開展線上展示、項目推介和對接洽談等活動。

《通知》還提出，各有關單位圍繞大會主題，積極組織提交網上展洽材料，聚焦疫情防控技術需求，加大項目信息收集力度，同時做好線下活動的策劃籌備工作。具體活動方案及安排由大會組委會另行通知。

據悉，中國國際人才交流大會創(chuàng)辦于2001年，自2007年起長期落戶深圳，迄今已成功舉辦了十七屆，是中國面向國（境）外專家組織、培訓機構、科技創(chuàng)新人才開放的大規(guī)模、高規(guī)格，集人才、技術、項目、資金和管理為一體的國家級、國際化、綜合性的人才與智力展洽盛會。

據不完全統(tǒng)計，每屆大會均有來自英國、德國、法國、意大利、美國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、俄羅斯、烏克蘭、日本、韓國、新加坡、以色列、巴西、阿根廷、南非等40余個國家和地區(qū)的專業(yè)機構參展，參會的國（境）外專家、海外留學人員和專業(yè)人才逾35000人，累計落地項目超過10000個。

根據習近平總書記關于疫情防控工作重要指示精神，經研究，對原定于2020年4月14-15日在深圳召開的第十八屆中國國際人才交流大會（以下簡稱大會）舉辦時間和形式作出調整，現將有關事項通知如下：

In accordance with the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instruction on the prevention and control of the epidemic, the time and form of the 18th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (hereinafter referred to as the Conference), which was scheduled to be held in Shenzhen from April 14 to 15, 2020, is now adjusted on the basis of research, with relevant matters hereby notified as follows:

一、推遲舉辦大會開幕式、深圳論壇及海外人才中國行等活動，具體時間待疫情結束后另行確定。

I. The opening ceremony of the Conference, the Shenzhen Forum and the Tour of Overseas Talents to China are postponed, and the specific time will be determined separately after the epidemic is over.

二、調整大會展洽形式，開設網上虛擬展廳，暫停舉辦現場展洽活動，發(fā)揮大會官網平臺作用，開展線上展示、項目推介和對接洽談等活動。

II. The form of exhibition and discussion for the Conference is adjusted; we will set up an online virtual exhibition hall, suspend on-site exhibition and consultation activities, give full play to the function of the official website platform of the Conference, and carry out online exhibition, project promotion and negotiation.

請各有關單位圍繞大會主題，積極組織提交網上展洽材料，聚焦疫情防控技術需求，加大項目信息收集力度，同時做好線下活動的策劃籌備工作。具體活動方案及安排由大會組委會另行通知。

All relevant units are requested to organize the submission of online exhibition and discussion materials based on the theme of the Conference, focus on the technical requirements for epidemic prevention and control, intensify the collection of project information, and properly plan and prepare for offline activities. The specific schemes and arrangements will be separately notified by the Organizing Committee of the Conference.
